We will beat any price on the same product with the same warranty from any other authorized dealer.

Free Shipping on all orders over $199. Some restrictions may apply. Does not include shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We do not sell or ship products outside of the United States. Authorized Dealer 
We have been in business for over 50 years (actually since 1930) and are an authorized dealer for all of the products that we sell. We have a full staff of technicians and educators trained on every brand of machines that we carry. We will be here to answer any questions or help with any problems you might have with any new machine you purchase from us.

Trad-ins and previously Owned Machines 
If you have a machine that you want to trade in on a new model, please let us know and we will give you top dollar for your machine towards the price of a new model. If we offer a previously-owned machine for sale, it will be listed as such and easily identified as a machine that has been sold before. We fully service, test, and certify all previously-owned machines before we offer them for sale, and we include warrantees on parts and labor.

Returns/Exchanges 
Unopened merchandise (still factory sealed) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less any shipping costs incurred. If a product is damaged or in need of repair on arrival, we will either send a replacement or perform the necessary repair, depending on the circumstances. Please call or email us to receive shipping instructions and return authorization before returning your merchandise. Sewing machines purchased online that have been opened may be returned for store credit (less any shipping cost incurred) within 14 days as long as they have not been used and have been repackaged neatly with all original packaging, including original box, warranty card, instruction manual, cords, all accessories, and original styrofoam inserts. Please do not return any products without prior authorization and specific shipping instructions.
